King's Regiment, Spanish Line Cavalry

Lt. Colonel, King's Regiment, in campaign uniform. His grade is denoted by the two silver epaulettes, one on each shoulder and two gold braids on the cuff. The emblem on his collar is a lion rampant; at that time the common hallmark of all the cavalry regiments of the line. Note the short cut hussar boots and a straight sword.
