Incorrect green background colour within loops of availableflags.bmp, frozenflags.bmp & selectedflags.bmp corrected, plus other repairs.

Version 2 has other versions of the flags made from the animated flags so that French flags have eagles and none have large cords - so as to be consistent.

Add these to standard WNLB or before you load a mod that uses French & British and/or Prussians only. They should be added to watermisc.bag using bagboy.
For ANGV mods that use French & British and/or Prussians only, load them into watermisc.bag for v1 ANGV, but move them to the graphics folder instead for v2 ANGV.
