Major-General Yuitsu Tsuchihashi


Major-General Yuitsu Tsuchihashi was a deputy Chief-of-Staff of China Expeditionary Army in October 1940. He was also concurrently military attache in China from December 1940.

He was commander 48th Division from September 1941 and led it in the Phillipines and Dutch East Indies Campaigns including the invasions of Bali and Java.

He became commander of Indochina Garrison Army in November 1944 (this became 38th Army in December 1944 with Tsuchihashi still in command).
