   A man from Lucena was taken captive.
   His captors tortured him, bound him in chains, and threw him in prison.
   He prayed to the Virgin of Sopetrán to release him.
   The doors of the prison opened and the man fled past the sleeping guards.
   He went to Sopetrán, near Hita.
   He reported the miracle and it was written down. People praised the Virgin.
