Her servant girl encouraged her to go and asked to go herself.
The woman insulted the servant and said that she would not go to Rocamadour unless her chair carried her there.
The woman was miraculously transported to the shrine where her chair landed before the Virgin’s altar.
The woman acknowledged the miracle and repented.
The chair was released from the woman, and kept at the shrine where pilgrims came to see it.
